Dunham Global Ventures Inc is the parent company for several brands. With a team of experts and strategic partners in specialized areas, we can meet the needs of a diverse base of clienteil.
Lori Dunham is the CEO and Founder of Dunham Global Ventures Inc. Her mission is to inspire and encourage others to take their first step toward their dream. Under the brand, Dunham Permitting and Drafting, she assists homeowners, builders, General and Prime Contractors, Commercial business owners, municipalities, real estate investors, and many more with clearing code violations, new design/build projects, renovations and additions, as well as commercial build out and retrofit.
Lori and her team supports the client from the concept through design, permitting and green-tag inspection for the construction of a new home or renovation, or obtaining a certificate of occupancy to open a new retail, medical or office location.
In many cases, the first step of the project is the hardest step to take, especially without support. It is Lori's desire to help clients find the courage and resources necessary to take action, live their dreams, and leave a legacy to be proud of!
Ms. Dunham is a proficient intuitive business mentor, enthusiastic public speaker, and engaging author. She previously hosted the
Award-Winning International Show, Dunham Business Radio, available on YouTube. Lori us quick to share insights and design ideas for projects and support the client in seeing their dream come to life.
